This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Numanac Corporation (“NUMANAC,” “we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and discloses certain personal information obtained through our website (“Site”), which is located at https://www.numanac.com as well as information that we process as part of offering you our services (collectively with the Site, the “Services”). By using our Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Policy.
Numanac values your privacy and is committed to protecting your information. This policy explains the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use the Platform, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

By using our Platform or accessing any Content that we make available through our Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may have changed since your last visit. We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy in our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you other than by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Platform. Cookies (or browser cookies). Cookies are small text files that may be created on your device when you interact with online tools and services. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain parts of our Platform. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Platform.
Web Beacons. Pages of our Platform and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit Numanac, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain Platform content and verifying system and server integrity).
We do not collect personal information automatically, but we may tie non-personal information collected automatically to personal information about you that we collect from other sources or that you provide to us.
Although cookies are automatically accepted in most browsers, you may able to control your devices’ permission settings for the use of Tracking Technologies. You may, at any time, block or delete our cookies from your browser if such an option is available. However, please keep in mind that doing so may cause certain features, content, and general performance to be unavailable, limited, or otherwise work incorrectly. Web browsers often include settings that can enable you to transmit a "Do Not Track" signal when you visit various websites. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible and within the timeframe required under applicable law. We will allow you to appeal any decision we make in response to such request in accordance with applicable law. Appeals may be submitted to support@numanac.com with the subject line “Appeal of Decision Related to Privacy Rights Request.”
Prior to complying with your request, we will first verify your identity by comparing the information you provide with the information we have on file for you.
You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf. To designate an agent, please provide a written and signed document by both you and the agent that authorizes the agent to act on your behalf. You may also use a power of attorney. We will still require you to provide information to allow us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected personal information.
Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions and OTHER INFORMATION will be encrypted using SSL technology.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where you have chosen a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
While we use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, no security measures are entirely effective and Internet communications may have inherent insecurities. We do not retain personal information longer than is necessary for us to achieve the purposes for which we collected it. When we destroy your personal information, we do so in a way that prevents that information from being restored or reconstructed.

NUMANAC may subcontract the processing of your data to, or otherwise share your data with, affiliates or third parties in the United States or countries other than your country of residence. The data protection laws in these countries may be different from, and less stringent than, those in your country of residence. By using the Site or by providing any personal or other information to us, you expressly consent to such transfer and processing.
Children’s Privacy
BY USING OUR PLATFORM, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE, OR AT LEAST THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE AND ARE USING OUR SERVICES UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WHO AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THIS PRIVACY POLICY. No one under age 13 may use the Platform without the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound to this privacy policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Platform through any of its features, register on the Platform, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Platform, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We may make changes to the Site in the future and as a consequence will need to revise this Policy to reflect those changes.
